The United Jewish Education Board (UJEB) is proud to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Ketsev Israel Program 2025/6.
In December 2025, students in year 10 and 11 can participate in the immersive program which offers an unparalleled opportunity to deepen their connection to Jewish heritage and explore the rich history and vibrant culture of Israel.
This initiative is supported by the Israel For Youth Foundation and Mosaic United, and in partnership with BBYO.
Due to the circumstances in Israel, the Ketsev Program was cancelled in 2023 and 2024.
Running from December 2025 through January 2026, Ketsev is targeted at students currently in year 10 or 11 who attend non-Jewish secondary schools and have at least one Jewish parent.
Participants will join a dynamic cohort from around the country as they engage in a blend of cultural, historical and experiential learning opportunities that promise to shape their Jewish identity for years to come.
“Ketsev is more than just an educational program,” said Itzik Sztokman, executive principal at UJEB. “It is a journey that empowers our teens to forge lasting bonds with Israel and their community.
“We are excited to offer this transformative experience that will inspire the next generation of Jewish leaders.”
In addition, UJEB invites prospective participants and their families to join an exclusive info night in person on March 16 at 7pm.
The session will provide an in-depth overview of the program, address any questions and offer valuable insights into the journey ahead.
For nearly 130 years, UJEB has been a cornerstone in the Jewish community.
It is dedicated to providing quality Jewish education to students from pre-school through high school.
