Adult education at Caulfield

CAULFIELD Shule recently concluded a two-part series on “The Afterlife and Reincarnation”, exploring Jewish texts and ideas on what occurs after death.
The synagogue’s Rabbi Daniel Rabin told The AJN, “This was the first of many new series on adult Jewish education that the shule will be hosting.”
Rabbi Rabin, who delivered the program, spoke of the enthusiasm of the attendees. “Everyone asked excellent and pertinent questions and it was enjoyable to discuss this very difficult subject with an engaged audience,” he said.
“Our next series will focus on making Passover more enjoyable and meaningful,” Rabbi Rabin said, referring to the upcoming two-part series on Pesach and the Pesach seder that will be conducted over two nights.
Caulfield Shule plans to host many more adult Jewish education series including a Kosher 101 series and a series on Understanding Kabbalah. Dates will be confirmed in the next few weeks.
