NATIONAL editor Ashley Browne will edit his last paper this week, after announcing he will part company with The AJN.

Browne, who has been with The AJN for two and a half years, is departing after the newspaper’s publisher Robert Magid decided to take the publication in a new direction.

In his time with The AJN, Browne and his team have broken countless news stories and facilitated vigorous debate about the future of the Jewish community in Australia. In the past six months, he oversaw the successful redesign of both the newspaper and of ajn.com.au.

AJN management has yet to appoint a new national editor, but has begun a search. In the meantime, the current editorial team will continue to publish a great newspaper each week and keep you up-to-date on ajn.com.au.
