Australian snowboarding star Scotty James has married Chloe Stroll, the daughter of billionaire Aston Martin team owner Lawrence Stroll.

Stroll was born to a Jewish family in Montreal, Quebec and is the son of fashion importer Leo Strulovitch who brought the brands Pierre Cardin and Ralph Lauren to Canada.

Chloe and Scotty were set up by her brother Lance. Chloe, who is a singer, told the Herald Sun that Lance called her and said he found the man she was going to marry. “Scotty was very cute. We dated for about four months, or as he likes to say, we got to know each other, before he officially asked me to be his girlfriend,” she said.

It was truly a star-studded ceremony, during which Scotty wore a kippah. F1 star Daniel Ricciardo was a groomsman, Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff was also there, as well as Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
