Author Diane Armstrong launched her new book Dancing with the Enemy last week as part of Courage to Care’s 30th anniversary at the Ark Centre.

Armstrong told The AJN that Courage to Care was the “ideal group” with whom to launch the book.

“All the main characters in Dancing with the Enemy risked their life, or their livelihood, in order to rescue someone in danger,” Armstrong said.

The historical fiction author was interviewed by past vice-chair of Courage to Care, Les Kausman.

“His questions were illuminating and made our conversation flow easily and enjoyably. It was obvious from the large audience who braved a cold wintry evening to attend, they were totally engaged and enjoyed the discussion,” Armstrong said.

Courage to Care CEO Mike Zervos echoed these sentiments, saying Kausman “led a lively and enthralling Q&A session and Diane was very open and honest about her writing methods. Everyone was fascinated.”

Zervos added, “Courage to Care was delighted to host the Victorian launch of Diane Armstrong’s latest book.”
