Exceeding Expectations and Quality Standards

Outstanding assessment results for Yeshivah-Beth Rivkah College ELC.

The Yeshivah-Beth Rivkah Colleges Pre-Schools Gurewicz Early Learning Centre are thrilled to have received outstanding results in their recent Quality Assessment and Rating by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). Yeshivah-Beth Rivkah achieved an “Exceeding” rating overall and in all seven assessable quality areas.

This achievement highlights the Centre’s strong commitment to providing a supportive, caring and respectful environment for children and families.

Barbara Belfer, Interim Principal and Head of the GELC Pre-Schools, said the accolade is a credit to the team of teaching staff who ensure a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment for students.

“The commitment and enthusiasm they show each and every day is exceptional, and it is reflected in our outstanding rating achievement,” she said.

A recent “Rise Up” charity fundraising campaign demonstrated the generosity of the community, who, in conjunction with generous matchers, helped raise more than $1.15 million. These funds will enable Beth Rivkah Primary School to complete levels two and three of the Spigler Family Wing. These renovations will provide much-needed classroom space, tutorial and break out zones and will allow Yeshivah-Beth Rivkah to continue to provide quality Jewish and general education.
