Jewish actor doxxed
Melbourne actor Naomi Lisner says she was “horrified” after being doxxed by a US-based group.
Melbourne actor and writer Naomi Lisner has been doxxed by a US-based group called the Reverse Canary Mission.
The organisation has published the personal details of more than 5000 people it accuses of supporting Israel.
Lisner said she was “horrified, shocked, surprised” when she discovered her name on the website, which falsely accused her of supporting Israel’s “illegal occupation of Palestine” and using her platform to promote “anti-Palestinian rhetoric”.
“The only thing that they got right was my name and that I’m a Melbourne-based actor and writer. The rest is just fictional,” she said. The website has published 5396 profiles, including politicians, musicians, doctors, authors and journalists.
Lisner’s name appears first under the TV and film category.
