MACCABI MS SWIMATHON
Laps for a great cause at Brighton
Participants in the Maccabi Victoria MS Swimathon at Brighton Beach.
IT was cloudy weather, but that didn’t deter a good turnout for this year’s Maccabi Victoria MS Swimathon on November 7 at Brighton Beach.
Many wore wetsuits, and some were happy with diving into the cold water, but all had a great time together in the great outdoors, swimming laps to raise money for both Multiple Sclerosis Australia and Maccabi Victoria.
Another group of swimmers participated in the event at the same time at Bialik College’s indoor pool.
The Maccabi NSW and Maccabi Western Australia versions of this worthwhile annual fundraising event will be held on February 20, 2022 in Sydney and Perth.
