MAZAL tov to Moriah College student Adam Leizer for receiving the Youth Community Service Award, which is presented by the Order of Australia Association NSW.

Leizer, who is in year 11, was one of 26 students from across NSW to receive the prestigious award, recognising his significant contribution to community service.

Students are nominated by their principals and winners are chosen by a judging panel of three Order of Australia recipients.

The awards were held at Government House and were presented by NSW Supreme Court Chief Justice Andrew Bell. Leizer has also been invited to join the Young Australian Leaders’ Network, which connects past and present recipients with educators and mentors.
