Australian Jewish Funders (AJF) has announced the 34 participants who have been selected to participate in the third cohort of LaunchPad Leadership, beginning April 26.

The LaunchPad Leadership program blends Jewish values with technical leadership skills to ensure a vibrant and thriving Jewish community across Australia.

For the first time, there are leaders from Adelaide and Hobart participating in the program. Participants are all senior professionals, lay leaders within Jewish communal life or from organisations such as foundations that support them.

“We are so excited to begin another incredible journey in bringing about meaningful communal impact,” AJF co-chair Simone Szalmuk-Singer said.

“Leaders and organisations are being called upon to constantly pivot and adapt to a ‘new normal’. It is imperative that the leaders of our community have the support, skills and resources to do so.”

Kate Mohr, a participant in this year’s program and a board member of the National Council of Jewish Women of Victoria, said, “I am really looking forward to the opportunity to learn, evolve and contribute to this program, connecting with other leaders so that we can continue to support our organisations into the future, harnessing our collective vision, passion and purpose.”
