For Israel’s 75th birthday, JNF Australia is celebrating with the launch of its My Israel Passport sticker book.

Kicking off on Yom Ha’atzmaut 2023, this popular activity is once again bringing aspects of Israel to primary students across the country. School children can visit kosher venues in their cities to collect stickers to complete their My Israel Passport sticker book.

This year’s stickers include Israel’s national symbols, UNESCO world heritage sites, the ways in which Israeli innovation helps feed the world, a dedicated kids’ zone and a tour of the JNF projects which have helped build Israel.

The sticker books will be handed out at Jewish day schools and will be freely available at a variety of outlets for students attending non-Jewish schools and sticker packs can be found at a wide range of kosher restaurants and outlets, Jewish institutions and Jewish school canteens.

“My Israel Passport is the perfect way to educate our schoolchildren about Israel in an informal and interactive manner,” said JNF NSW executive director Justine Williams.

“In the three iterations of this sticker book, we’ve brought to life Israel’s incredible achievements, innovations, and history over the last 75 years.”

Collect and swap stickers until your My Israel Passport is complete then submit photo proof of your completed Passport to enter the draw for a prize.

Visit the JNF stand at the Sydney Yom Ha’atzmaut community event on April 30 for a bonus sticker pack.
