CHANUKAH may be long over, but it is the festival that keeps on giving.

You may recall Perth whiz kid Bibi Shapiro, the six-year-old who wowed viewers the world over last year with his rendition of Avinu Malkeinu.

This year, he set his sights on the festival of lights, together with popular South African singer Choni Goldman, with whom he performed a duet over Zoom last year.

“We’ll definitely do more collabing together,” Goldman said at the time. “Happy to grow or nurture his talent – although I’m not sure he needs my help!”

Their new duet, Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah, was released on Instagram during the chag earlier this month.

“Happy 5th night of Chanukah” Goldman wrote. “Bibi’s back!”

And speaking of Chanukah and Instagram, Jewish pop star P!nk also got in on the festivities, posting a video lighting the menorah and singing the brachot with her kids to the social media platform.
