Food for thought

Menus for parties will be tailored to reflect our growing passion and appreciation for gourmet experiences – and expand into scrumptious spreads that are both beautiful and nourishing. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare will continue to be a crowd favourite thanks to its fresh flavours and rich colours, while raw and vegan dishes will also feature strongly. Dessert spreads are going to flourish into even more extravagant displays of edible art, with a custom-made cake as a must-have centrepiece.

Customised to a tee

Theming and customisation will be taken to the next level, where every feature of the celebration, down to the smallest detail, can and will be customised to a chosen theme or style of the function.

A destination celebration

Be it a winery, a historic mansion, or even a tropical island surrounded by pristine waters, families are seeking new and inspiring locations for their special day, and are certainly not deterred by a little travel in order to find the right venue and the most memorable of experiences.

Bring out the balloons

Floral displays were a must-must-have at many functions over the past few years, but balloon garlands, centrepieces and eye-catching installations are now taking over the spotlight. With just about every colour under the sun to choose from, and plenty of versatility and longevity, balloons are a sure-win way to bring pops of colour and fun to any party!
