NETBALL

Young coaches get top tips

MACCABI-AJAX Netball Club thanks Michayla Bancroft from The Joint Physio, who ran a specialist training session last week for coaches from the club.

The session focused on best practice warm-up routines, Netball Australia’s KNEE Program, and explored common netball injuries and treatments.

The winners from this will also be all the younger players that these girls coach.
