After two sold-out events and rave reviews, Brave Talks is back on August 30. Four powerful speakers will take the stage and share their stories of mental and emotional health – the challenges, the resilience and the real events that have shaped them.

Their stories are undeniably life-affirming, and will leave participants inspired by the strength that can be summoned when faced with some of life’s toughest circumstances.

The honest and vulnerable conversations touch on topics that are often left silent and in the shadows.

The speakers will share stories of anorexia, loving a family member through an eating disorder, finding hope after infant and child loss, and living through a cancer diagnosis and recovery.

The event will be held on Wednesday, August 30 from 7.45pm at an eastern suburbs venue (to be advised).
