Celebrating Chanukah in Mea Shearim

LIGHTING the second Chanukah candle in the ultra-Orthodox Mea Shearim quarter of Jerusalem on December 12. The tradition of the eight-day festival calls for the Chanukah candles to be displayed as much as possible in the public domain.
