Actress Halle Barry is fuming at rapper, singer, and songwriter, Drake, for allegedly using an image of her without permission. Drake, who attended a Jewish day school in Canada and threw a ‘re-bar mitzvah’ party on his 31st birthday, used an image of Berry getting slimed at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards as the cover photo for his new single, however Berry has said that when the rapper reached out, she expressly denied permission.

Berry posted a text meme on Instagram that said, “Sometimes you have to be the bigger guy … even if you’re a woman,” which was flooded with comments. After a fan asked her why she was angry as the photo was actually owned by Getty, the actress confirmed that while Drake had asked her, she refused.

“Cuz he asked me and I said NO that’s why,” she responded in her Instagram comments. “Why ask if you intend to do what you want to do! That was the f**k you to me. Not cool. You get it️?”

Two days prior to the Instagram post, Berry had slammed the Grammy-award winning artist for using the image.

The actress further doubled down saying, “I thought better of him” and “When people you admire disappoint you have to be the bigger person and move on!”

Drake has yet to directly respond to the feud.
