InterContinental’s amazing taste

THE InterContinental Sydney Double Bay has entered into an official partnership with Amaze in Taste (AIT) to manage all kosher events at the hotel.

“We are delighted at the opportunity to work with such a well-respected company whose experience in delivering high quality kosher events is truly unmatched,” the hotel’s general manager Paul Walters said.

“We look forward to welcoming many more Jewish simchas to our hotel as we forge ahead with this exciting partnership.”

Felicia Kahn, sales director of AIT, said: “We are looking forward to creating unforgettable kosher events at this luxury hotel that serves as a ‘home away from home’ for the local community, and has proven committed to ensuring an outstanding kosher offering.”

InterContinental Sydney Double Bay boasts Sydney’s only fully-separate hotel kosher kitchen.

The kitchen was previously exclusively used by caterers working under the Kashrut Authority (KA) for kosher functions.

However, due to the new deal with AIT, the hotel’s hechsher is under Community Kashrut (CK).
