Morry Frenkel speaks with Josh Burns MP, Federal Member of Parliament for Macnamara, about his recent motion in Parliament, in which he strongly criticised the opposition by the Greens to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism. For governments and universities that have adopted the definition, it provides a tool to differentiate acts of antisemitism from those that are not, and has the potential to be used to combat the growing scourge of antisemitism. Definitely, ‘food for thought’ for our Jewish community leadership!
