With each cake and tasty treat hand made with love by Yinon Hacham through dedicated research in hunting down the finest of recipes, 4me Gluten Free’s gluten-, nut-, and dairy-free offerings for Rosh Hashanah 2022 will include a brand new caramelised upside-down apple cake, a pomegranate lamington cake, party-friendly mousse cups and mousse domes, and moreish honeycomb pieces in a variety of flavours.
Some of last year’s best-sellers, including the sticky date pudding and the round honey & apple babka, will also be making a comeback.
To make holiday gifting easy, 4me Gluten Free will also be offering a Rosh Hashanah gift hamper that includes a honey log cake, mousse cups, mini cupcakes, honeycomb and a mini honey jar with dipper.
“We feel very blessed that we have been able cater to our Jewish clientele for Rosh Hashanah over the years, including through Covid lockdowns, and that this year, the whole family can enjoy our products together around the table as they bring in the new year,” said owners Yinon and Sharon Hacham.
