Match invitation from Hemed

CALLING all Jewish football fans!

This Monday night (March 15, kick-off 7pm) striker Tomer Hemed – the first Israeli footballer to play in the A-League – will take on the Western Sydney Wanderers with his team the Wellington Phoenix at an away game at Bankwest Stadium in Parramatta.

A limited number of discounted tickets for this match have been reserved for members of the Jewish community and are available to purchase, plus a free shuttle bus to the game will depart from the eastern suburbs from 5.15pm.

In a video message sent to The AJN this week, Hemed said, “Hello to all the Jewish community – me, the club and JNF Australia are arranging for you a very nice evening, and I’m looking forward to seeing you there!”

Only a limited number of these tickets are available. To register, visit www.jnf.org.au/footballmatch.
