JNF’s My Israel Passport collectable sticker book is back, and ready to take off, to celebrate Israel’s 74th birthday.
The 2022 sticker series – much loved by children – will once again bring Israel to Jewish primary school-aged students across Australia.
Think Stikeez and Ooshies, but recyclable, and full of meaning.
There are 36 My Israel Passport stickers, in categories of environment, animals, desert areas, Israel’s milestones, Israeli innovations, and influential Israelis.
The sticker books are being handed out at Jewish schools in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and they will be freely available at a variety of outlets for students attending non-Jewish schools, as listed on JNF Australia’s website.
Sticker packs can be found at a wide range of kosher restaurants and outlets, Jewish institutions, and Jewish school canteens.
To fill your sticker book, request a six-pack of stickers when making a purchase from a participating vendor.
Then collect and swap stickers until your book is completed.
You can then submit proof of completion to enter the draw for a great prize.
“The JNF My Israel Passport initiative is a wonderful opportunity for our school children to be educated about Israel in an informal and exciting way,” JNF NSW’s education officer Yigal Nisell said.
“This project, which coincides with Yom Ha’atzmaut, celebrates Israel’s incredible achievements, innovations, and growth over the last 74 years.”
