NSW health and wellness expo approaching

THE Maccabi Life NSW Health and Wellness Expo will bring together leading professionals, speakers and exhibitors for an informative and fun day out this Sunday, October 27 that will get you motivated to improve your mind and body.

Hear from experts in their fields, from 10am to 2pm at Mount Sinai College, on a wide range of topics including healthy ageing, nutrition and gut health, mindfulness, cyber safety, heart health, family relationships and more.

The speakers’ list includes experienced endocrinologist and marathon masters athlete Dr Terry Diamond, clinical psychologist Laura Kampel, former Headspace Australia CEO Chris Tanti, Dr Gary Aaron, Brenda Rosenfeld, Marcelle Maisel, Dr Ron Ehrlich, Jaimie Bloch and Yuli Dar.

There will also be a life expo marketplace, gift bags and sample giveaways, sport and cooking demos, healthy food stalls and information workshops about physio, massage, yoga and Pilates, plus fun activities for the kids.

“It was important to us to design a ‘one stop shop’ type event where we could provide attendees with the knowledge, products and tools to enhance their, and their families’, health and wellbeing,” Lauren Ehrlich, Maccabi NSW president, said.

Maccabi Life was established in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth last year to offer Maccabi members and the broader community a host of benefits and opportunities to get active and healthier.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for seniors, students and children, and family passes are $40.
