Jewish entertainer Pink is finally returning to Australia, announcing earlier this week her Summer Carnival stadium tour.

While Pink has performed in Australia plenty of times, she has preferred intimate shows, rather than filling large stadiums. This time though, she’s bringing the big guns to the show.

“I am so excited to finally get a chance to tour Australia and New Zealand in the summer! I can’t wait to bring the Summer Carnival Tour to my home away from home, and smile and sing together until our cheeks hurt. Summer 2024 can’t come soon enough!” Pink said in a statement.

Pink has never shied away from her Judaism, taking on Neo-Nazis in a music video, paying tribute to her mum on TikTok by sharing her kugel recipe, and sharing videos of her kids lighting Chanukah candles together.

She is one of the country’s most popular touring acts. More than 660,000 people enjoyed her Funhouse tour in 2009, breaking the record of the biggest tour in Australia’s history.

She has always been open about her love of Australia, even donating $500,000 to the fire services during the 2019 bushfires.
