Police search for missing Melbourne woman

Victoria Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brighton woman Chana.

The 39-year-old was last seen at an address on Bay Street in Brighton about 4am yesterday (Sunday).

Police and Chana’s family have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Chana is described as approximately 165cm tall with a medium build and shoulder length brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a dark coloured dress and grey puffer jacket.

Police have released an image of Chana and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Bayside Police Station on (03) 8530 5100.
