Quentin, Daniella to get sequel
Mazel Tov Tarantinos
ISRAELI singer Daniella Pick, 38, is expecting her second child with husband Quentin Tarantino, 58, according to multiple sources.
The couple met in 2009 while Tarantino was in Israel promoting the film Inglourious Basterds. After an almost decade-long relationship, they became engaged in 2017. In 2018 they were married in their Beverly Hills home, by a rabbi under a chuppah in a Reform Jewish ceremony, as reported by Ynet.
Pick is the daughter of Israeli pop singer and composer Zvika Pick, who wrote the song Diva that was performed by Eurovision winner Dana International.
Writer-director Tarantino, who won Academy Awards for best screenplay for his films Pulp Fiction and Django Unchained, earlier told The Jerusalem Post that the couple has a home in Ramat Aviv Gimmel in Tel Aviv. He revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that although they shuttle back and forth between their Tel Aviv and Los Angeles homes, he had been spending a lot more time in Israel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Tarantino reportedly spent the extra time most productively by learning some Hebrew, adding that he had been watching a “Hebrew version of Sesame Street” with his and Pick’s son Leo, who was born in 2020 – and that Leo is using the word “abba”.
