Whether they completed a 20km ride, a 45km ride, sponsored another cyclist, or just cheered the 80 participating cyclists on from the start line at Maccabi Victoria headquarters in Caulfield, community members came out in force to support the annual Rambam Ride, held on February 27.

The event was co-hosted by Maccabi Victoria Cycling Club, and Australian Friends of Rambam.

Apart from raising awareness about sudden heart failure, which is the biggest cause of death for Australians aged under 50, more than $7,200 was raised on the day for medical research, and promoting the importance of good heart health.
