A NEW way to discover, create and play for children aged 3 to 12 has arrived at the Sydney Jewish Museum these school holidays.

With hands-on activities and storytelling experiences exploring Jewish life, traditions and culture, there’s something for people of all ages to enjoy at the museum.

SJM Kids programs create an educational environment for children and parents of all faiths and backgrounds.

There are three workshops to choose from, giving children a chance to learn about the Jewish custom of naming, discover their own family stories and explore important concepts like kindness – taking inspiration from their favourite Jewish children’s books.

The SJM has partnered with PJ Library to bring kids a creative and educational experience.

Watch the stories of children’s books come to life in a series of immersive kids’ experiences.

With programs running over five days throughout the holidays, families can drop in to a free interactive kids’ space at any time for reading activities, arts and crafts, or book a series of creative workshops based on their favourite stories.
