The Grand Mercure Apartments Twin Waters is nestled between the Mudjimba surf beach and a picturesque salt-water lagoon only a 10-minute drive from the Sunshine Coast airport. The cluster of apartments and beach houses in the gated precinct range in size from one bedroom to four bedrooms, offering self-contained luxury and spaciousness that is ideal for families.

The modern apartments feature a large living area and a modern, European-style kitchen including a full-size fridge and dishwasher, plus a laundry.¬†There’s a large lounge with TV and entertainment system, and an outdoor dining area with views over the lagoon or river.

The luxury executive beach houses range in size from one to three levels and most have a private pool or grassed courtyard with spacious decks with barbeques. Each house has at least two separate living areas and includes a dining area, full-size kitchen and an open plan living area. While there are swimming pools and BBQ areas at the property, the big advantage is that all facilities at the adjoining Novotel Twin Waters Resort are available to guests.

These include a kids club, circus school, 18-hole golf course, day spa and restaurants.¬†It’s a short walk to the patrolled surf beach and there are bicycle paths around the resort. It is also a short drive to shops and restaurants.
