The Father & Son Pioneer Program, a 13-day immersive journey to Israel, strengthens family bonds, cultivates leadership and builds bridges between nations in ways that inspire and empower.
It is an initiative designed to help fathers and sons grow together, connect with Israel’s vibrant culture and innovation, and emerge as ambassadors for collaboration and progress.

By deepening the bond between father and son, the program provides a unique foundation for personal growth and values-driven leadership.
Every activity, from exploring ancient landmarks to engaging with Israel’s innovation ecosystem, is designed to inspire new perspectives and foster creativity.
Participants learn side by side, whether reflecting on the lessons of history at Yad Vashem, walking the cobblestone streets of Jerusalem, or meeting entrepreneurs in Tel Aviv.
These shared experiences don’t just strengthen the father-son relationship; they equip participants with the tools and mindset to lead with confidence and purpose.
They visit world-class tech start-ups, explore agricultural breakthroughs, and gain firsthand insight into how Israel continues to thrive in the face of challenges.
The cohort will connect with Israel’s rich cultural and historical heritage while planting trees in ancient landscapes, honouring the Anzac legacy in Beersheba, and marvelling at the migration of birds in the Hula Valley.
Importantly, the program does not end after the 13-day journey.
