Court rules Feldmans out of Flood Street
A NSW Supreme Court judge has found "there is no factor which establishes a legitimate basis" for members of the Feldman family to remain at Yeshiva's property in Flood Street after their lease ended on Tuesday, earlier this week.

HARRY Triguboff had a huge win in the NSW Supreme Court this week when Justice Rowan Darke ruled that members of the Feldman family did not establish their "rights of possession or occupation" to Triguboff's property on Flood Street.
