Eddy’s emotional return
At 86, Holocaust survivor Eddy Boas returned to The Hague, not as a man forgotten by the city of his birth, but as its guest of honour. It was a trip laden with irony, emotion and unexpected hope, six decades after the same city council turned his family away.
