Judge to head religious exemptions review
Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has announced that he has formally asked the Australian Law Reform Commission to review religious exemptions for educational institutions under the Sex Discrimination Act on behalf of the federal government., with Justice Stephen Rothman appointed part-time commissioner.
