Supporting Ukrainian refugees
The support is felt as soon as the refugees arrive in Australia, with a group of individuals waiting at the airport to personally greet them and help them settle in.

Panel approves new Bondi shule
AFTER 12 years of frustration, Sydney's Russian-speaking Jewish community is in celebration after Friends of Refugees of Eastern Europe's (FREE) long-planned synagogue and community centre finally got the green light last week.

Bondi synagogue application rejected

Remembering Babi Yar
In a moving and sombre ceremony on Sunday, the community gathered at Waverley Memorial Gardens to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Babi Yar massacre, in which nearly 34,000 Jews were murdered in two days in Ukraine in 1941.
